Skorpios began its operations in 1978 in order to exploit in a tourist way the beauty of the Patagonian fjords. The Kaweskar Route is carried out on the M/N Skorpios III, which was built in 1995 and remodeled in 2012, and has a capacity of up to 90 passengers. Sailing every day Tuesdays and Fridays (check sailing schedule) and returning on Mondays and Fridays from October to April from the Skorpios Terminal in the city of Puerto Natales, starting this 3-night sea voyage to the South Ice Field, through the route Kaweskar sailing 380 miles to visit the largest number of glaciers in this region; Amalia, El Brujo, the glaciers of the Calvo Fjord, Bernal and Herman. About 15 glaciers where we will carry out activities such as sightseeing, contemplation, walks to his forehead and moraines and sailing among colored icebergs in expedition boats, just like Captain Constantine, during which we will be able to observe the varied flora and fauna of Patagonia, still in virgin and wild state.
