Awasi is an iconic brand of three small hotels in South America, two of them in Chile. The Awasi Atacama was inspired by the pre-Inca ruins of the village of Tulor, and was worked with a local historian to build with millennial techniques the 12 small adobe houses which are the true reflection of culture and local nature, with internal gardens and outdoor showers, they are transformed into small oases. The circular shape and construction materials (adobe, stone and wood) keep the suites cool during hot days and warm nights. Each of these 12 rooms is assigned a private guide and a 4x4 vehicle so visitors can explore the Atacama Desert at their own pace, according to their personal tastes and preferences, living a truly tailor-made experience, enjoying the exquisite food of the restaurant, also a member of Relais & Chateaux.
