We begin the journey from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales, touring the beautiful Southern Patagonia. During the first day you can admire the Ultima Esperanza Fjord and see sea lions and cormorants. After approximately 3 hours of navigation, we will reach the Balmaceda Glacier where we will disembark and walk to the Serrano Glacier through a path of Patagonian forest. We will pause in a Estancia for lunch and then return to Puerto Natales. After breakfast in the hotel we begin the route to the Torres del Paine National Park, 3 hours away from Puerto Natales, declared World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978, and where we can admire its waterfalls, glaciers, rivers and varied fauna (foxes, guanacos, condors) and the characteristic granite columns that form the famous Paine Horns. On our way back we will visit the Milodon Cave, where remains of this extinct herbivorous animal were found.
